It's not really easy to get through to the phone calls because when calling you have to wait almost a hour before you get an answer and when get through you don't get to see the doctor face to face ,just telephone consultation and sometimes it's don't really helps because you cannot get to explain your condition properly. So this need some more improvement.

Phone calls can be more prompt and waiting time can be less they said when you call in the morning at 8 o'clock you can get an appointment but that not true I have to wait until 8:30 before your call can go through, to get an appointment I have to go to the surgery to get one where I can see the Dr faceto face. We need some improvement in that.

I think we need some more improvement in the waiting time on the phone when call to make an appointment, I have to wait so long for someone to answer the call, and when I do get through I can't go into the surgery to see the doctor, I have to get phone call from the doctor and that don't really help at all .but otherwise I would recommend people to the surgery. Overall its just need some improvement.

More improvement on call waiting and making oppointment where you can come in and see your gp that would be much better than over the phone help
